Kudos to them for thanking the actual people who did the hard work of saving his life rather than some supreme being. Prayers are fine, but first responders and trained medical personnel are so much more useful.

My approach: I thank God for the medical professionals and other personnel who were involved in saving his or others life. Ain’t nothing wrong with thanking everything and everyone especially in life or death situations.

Well it's good to know that in doing so it didn't chap your booty. Good to know you avoided that this time. Now you can sit on your ass with pleasure as usual

The weirdest yet most Reddit top comment right here.

“S/O them for not thankin God, would’ve really irked me if they did”

Weird that you’re too dumb to understand the irony here. In your mind It’s weird that people are excited to see praise for medical professionals over your god but completely normal for you to comment on that.

If religious people quit pushing their bullshit into my life I will gladly stop calling them the inept morons that they are.

Religious people are trying to force their rules on me everyday outside of Reddit. Cry me a river about some comments.

When has that belief ever been extended to atheists?

How many Christians do you know personally?

Seeing as for 24 years of my life I grew up surrounded by the christian community, somewhere in the thousands. And they are by and large all the same.

Spoken like a massive bell end.

The irony of the guy who has to tell everyone he’s an atheist complaining about other people sharing their world view.

Appreciate it. Be careful about agreeing with reasonable opinions on Reddit as the same downvote bots that follow me will find you.
