I want to start off by apologizing for the wait that you had to endure. We are constantly trying new methods and procedures to keep our medical patients and new adult-use customers happy.

We recently introduced a solution to the problem we had at our store that we think will make your visits far more enjoyable. We now have a "Medical Express Pass".

When checking in at the front please let the greeter know that you would like to skip the line and they will present you an express pass and a budtender should be with you shortly. Again the Hippos team is very sorry about the experience you had and are looking forward to helping you again!
