Food 4 Less in Springfield isn't associated with Kroger.

Kroger has stores called Food 4 Less, but the ones in Springfield and Joplin are not the same as the Kroger stores.

The Google QA section said the Joplin and Springfield stores are owned by Arkansas chain Harps, which would explain the "employee owned" notion. Food 4 Less was always a weird franchise, and skimming that wiki page I kind of understand why
