Check out apps like AllTrails. You can find a ton.

Springfield Lake, Ritter Springs Parks, Greenway Trail... There's a few but they're usually busy and on pavement. If you can get out of town a bit there are several more.

Ozark Greenways is a local non-profit that works to expand trail access in and around Springfield. Here's a link to their various trails (and a downloadable map to see everything): Ozark Greenways

I recommend the Fulbright Spring Trail off of Hwy 13 up near the zoo. Fellows Lake trail, or the Galloway trail.

Wilson’s Creek can be really nice - lots of varied trail lengths.

I agree with all the others, and will add Busiek State Forest, Ha Ha Tonka, Bennet Springs and Stockton Lake. All have good parking and plenty of foot traffic.

Happy hiking

Great suggestions above. If you are a female solo, be careful. Nature Center, Springfield lake, and Nathaniel Greene Park. I think these areas have enough people there where you can hike and be safe.
