Unless your credit is completely shot, I wouldn't recommend rent to own. Those places are about as bad as the title loan companies.

If you can maybe apply for a Lowe's card, they have fixed low interest (7 or 8%) options for higher amounts. When my wife and I had no credit, we were approved for about $2,000 there.

If u need a washer and dryer for a short term fix or wanna do a 90 or 120 days same as cash plan then rental stores are great! Just don't go the 2 or 3 year route that's when it gets crazy.... national TV rental and sales on kearney is good.

Personally I would ride the laundromat and save up. Those shoes prey on the poor.

Rent to Own places are the biggest rip offs you could find. The $400 washer you could buy at Lowe's will eventually end up costing you $1200+ at a Rent to Own. You would be much better off just finding cheap used appliances on Facebook marketplace or craigslist.
