Has anyone ever had experience with Sherwood Village in Southwest Springfield? My wife and I are looking to move soon and they were recommended highly by some friends of ours.

I live here and I’ve had no problems! It’s mostly college kids so it can get loud on weekends but overall it’s a nice, safe community

They’re decent! Loud at times, but nothing too rowdy, just young people being young people. If I had to move back into an apartment, they’d be my first choice

Reminded me I lived there right after they were built and was allowed to rent the wheelchair friendly apartment. It was very nice back then faced the pool and clubhouse with basketball court, pool tables, etc. I hope they're still nice.

I lived there for a decade and overall good experience. Traffic noise varies depending on which unit you reside. I never minded the noise of traffic or neighbors but noticed a difference between near office and near Kansas expressway. If you ever run late, the only two traffic lights out will betray you every time though lol.
