Pebble creek isn’t bad, I haven’t had any issues and if you get a renovated model then the apartments are fairly nice.

I currently rent from the Wooten company at quail ridge east and they are okay, they don't really care about mold calls. I know because they painted over a mold above my bathroom and called it "fixed"and they will send inexperienced plumbers to do work that will need fixed countless times. They are kind of cheap I'm paying around $675 a month for 2 bedroom 1 bath. I like the pool and the weight room though that's definitely a plus.

I wouldn't rent from the Wootons, but that area is nice and quiet, and your stuff isn't super likely to get broken into. Lots of apartments in that area; TLC operates a couple, and while they tend to be overpriced, they also fix stuff when you need them to. That's worth it to me.

I lived in Pebble Creek about 10 years ago so I don’t know how relevant my feedback is, but they were fairly well maintained and kept up. My only complaint was that I lived right off of Fort Street and a lot of trucks and cars would race down Fort late at night which would sometimes wake me up. It was pretty obnoxious.

Lakewood Village was nice. Management kind of hovers but nothing extreme. I think I paid $650 for a one bedroom. Included gig internet and I only paid electric. Highest electric bill I had was $90 in the winter.

Another tick in the heard bad things column, but I lived with them at Briarwood for 6 years, and am now at Lakewood Village and I haven’t had any issues other than poor communication when trying to move out at Briarwood. Other than that, it’s been fine. I do feel like they can be pricey depending on location, but that’s probably a universal issue. I’m paying $700 for a 1 bedroom that’s not updated on the south side.
