Our U.S. Bank Experience:

*The customer service is a HUGE plus for us. Every time we had to call, they were super friendly, fast acting, and helpful.

*They waived all of our "maintenance fees"

*They are PHENOMENAL at fraud alerts. If they detect any type of fraud, they will temporarily lock your card so no one can use it. It saved us big time when a thief attempted to steal money from our card.

*They never gave us any type of hassle and always got things done same day.

*No hidden fees, but don't overdraft your account.

*The app is very easy to navigate .

*They use recyclable cards for eco-friendly practices.

*There are a lot of branch locations in Springfield for easy access.

*I don't think they print debit cards the same day, though. They do have instant temporary ones you can get. Every time we have needed a new one, we just order it through the app, and it comes within a week or so.

We have had them for a little over five years now and love them!
