Please suggest me some cheap apartments. I need one near the MSU, so anything bikeable will work. Preferably a 3 bedroom one. Budget is <1100.

Wooten is your best bet for cheap, but near campus there is also Bryan properties, TLC, and At Home. You may get better luck by driving around, writing the property names you see and looking them up, since there are so many new ones lately. However, In my experience, the affordable places near campus can be hit or miss when it comes to how well the property is maintained, and some property owners can be predatory to student renters.

This question only comes up every other week or so already. Did you try searching?

There are several in this area of town. It’s down grand past sunshine so it’s a bit of a bike, but it’s cheap. The closer you get to campus, the more you’re going to pay.

According to google maps, it’s a 1.5 mile bike ride. Says 7 mins.

AtHome let me move into my apt in 712 flats knowing it had bedbugs and this was after they rented the Apt I signed a lease for to someone else and didn’t tell until the day I moved in. So I went from leasing a top floor apt with a patio and French doors to living in a basement unit with 2 windows in whole apartment. Most of my time in this apt was spent sleeping on a futon in the living room because of the bed bugs or when the water heater for me and the 3 units above me broke and they had to leave an industrial fan on 24/7 for 4 days to dry it out. THEN they tried to get us to pay for all of this! They fucjing suck
