Thank you for the reminder. We're supposed to have rain and cold temps tomorrow, so some people might actually think we have a tornado since the past couple of days have been much more like spring.

But you never know until 10 am whether they'll blow them or not on a cloudy day. If they deem it isn't a "good-weather day," the drill will be cancelled for the area. I imagine they reserve those cancellations for days where a severe weather threat is more likely, but there isn't really a guideline to determine what is a "good-weather day" or not.
