Make sure they don’t charge you a bull shit installment fee… they say they cover the first 1500 worth of expenses… still wanted to charge me 900 dollars for installment fee. plus they told me very firmly they don’t accept credit. Company is a joke.

Us, too. They literally dug up our side yard to install the cable and then tried to charge us over 1,000 to connect to our house. So disappointing.

Absolute garbage, they pulled the same crap on me. I guess why invest in your own infrastructure when you can make the customer pay for it instead. AT&T buried fiber up to my house at no cost, so I'm glad I held out. Especially if they're already raising prices.
