When it comes to Brightspeed/Quantum, it's not just speed for me. This is a brand new network with brand new equipment. Mediacom's network is old and falling apart, which is what causes a lot of the issues their customers have. Brightspeed's network is maintained by City Utilities as well. Since they're already keeping an eye on lines it should make for a better maintained network. Price, reliability, & speed all played a factor in me choosing them.
