I've got a lot of clothes that haven't been worn much and are in nice shape. Are there any second hand stores here that buy for a reasonable price or would it be best to just sell privately on marketplace? Just needing some side cash to get me through the week until I get paid. Thanks!

It depends on demographics. If you're in your teens/20s, there is Plato's Closet. If you're a mature woman, there's the Review Shoppe. A parent? Other Mothers, Once Upon a Child, and Haute Tot. I don't know anything about these other than they came up on Google Maps with good reviews: Consign it Away, Village Boutique, and Plaid Door Resale.

My demographic is teens/20s. I will say I've heard not great things about Plato's Closet 😅 but thank you for all these recommendations!

Plato's is fine. Most of the complaints you see are because their demographic tends to be late teens to early 20s, people that don't understand why the Calvin Klein joggers they bought at TJ Maxx for $15 doesn't get them $15 on consignment because they saw someone sell a pair on Mekari for $16.

Clothes are such a tough sell. Marketplace

If you want more than a couple bucks an item, sell privately.

I usually hit up both Plato’s and Uptown Cheapskate. Plato’s on Battlefield only allows two bags/boxes per day. I brought some brand new clothes to each, and only got around $10 for like 5 items altogether. Imho, if you have the time, you will get much more money on marketplace.

Uptown Cheapskate takes wayyyy more stuff than Plato's, in my experience. They have rules, but you'd have better luck there.
