Marketplace will have a lot of seedlings listed too. I sell on there and will have peppers listed in 2-3 weeks.

Kind of early to be buying peppers - last frost is still about 3-4 weeks out (theoretically).

if you can wait until April 14-16, Urban Roots Farm is having their plant sale and there's always a variety of pepper seedlings!
