Xurros truck on South Campbell is the best we got, in this town. I'm easy to please with churros, but my wife is Hispanic, her bar is set higher and Xurros is her go-to when needing something quick for a potluck, holiday dessert, bake sale, etc.

You could try Leslie's Mexican Supermarket. Hispanic family owns it and they have a bakery with sweet breads such as conchas, picnon, lima, tostado .
