Also on Facebook, and by far the best source of info on this stuff. These guys definitely put the "labor" in "labor of love."

I second this. You can follow his insta as well (@sethsworldorder), but on both his insta and fb he posts about his emo ice cream parlor a lot more lately (Sweet Emotion, gotta check it out if you haven’t yet).

His show production page is @queencitypresents, I would recommend following that page for show-specific updates

depends what bands but also KSMU(91.1) sometimes lists shows going on their website. They have a show on Friday’s from 7-9pm and the DJ will usually talk about cool shows happening locally. I think also Rolla’s college radio station does frequent announcements of upcoming shows across the entire state.

follow my friend Adrian on Instagram for constant show updates. Mainly posts metal, hardcore, & punk events but she’s also the head of sound for the outland complex and regularly adds to her story events from the indie, rap, edm, and drag scenes as well. @adrianmwhc https://www.instagram.com/adrianmwhc/

Often depends on what music you are interested in. I would follow the Outland Ballroom for almost everything.

You will though get the odd, big name act that's pushed by a random production company. I do like using BandsInTown because often those are created by bands themselves, and give you just the information you need.

BandsInTown has been pretty decent.
