I like Shanghai Inn the best.

Here is the cashew chicken recipe we do at home:

4 chicken bouillon cubes, 2 cup water, 4 tsp sugar, 2 tbs soy sauce, 2 tbs corn starch with 1/4 cup water

Try it. I’ve been going there for 20+ years. My brother likes Hong Kong and when he comes to town we go there. It’s good, but I think the chicken is crispier and the sauce is more flavorful at Shanghai. It is a little more expensive though.

I haven't tried their cashew but the kungpow is also great.

My dad has been going there since the 70s when they were across the street. Ive been eating it all my life and I think its the best place in town. Canton Inn is a close second
