Do you know anything about Peach Tree Plaza, Ravenwood, and Spring Creek in South Springfield? The home values are stable and the schools are also highly rated. Good school ratings are usually a great indicator of how nice a neighborhood is. Want to make sure I’m finding the right place for my future kids to grow up in one day.

I don’t know anything specific about those neighborhoods. Generally south side will be a little better, but there are pockets of bad spots everywhere.
