It's all free. Voting, voter registration, all those things. We went though a little thing called the Jim crow era and the poll tax, and we are pass that now. But anyways, walk into the greene county clerks office when they are open sometime this week and you can cast an absentee ballot, otherwise vote on election day at your polling place or one of the central polling places.

And where is the county clerk office and how can I trust them not to destroy or lose my ballot

Considering you hardly vote and don't seem to know hardly anything about any part of this process it's a little silly for you to question its integrity isn't it? Don't you have to know a little about something before you can really tell if it's working right? But anyways, Google it like everyone else.

The great thing about our country is every single person who maintains their civil rights has the ability to vote, whether they understand the process or not. There is no education or participation requirement to exercise our rights, but, given the widespread misinformation and illegal statements concerning voter integrity in this country in the last 6 years, it's understandable that some may feel hesitant about their rights.
