i have a job that requires a drug screening, what kind of test do they do? and do they watch while i do it?

No test currently available for psilocybin mushrooms. There is a test for LSD but LSD is dosed in such small quantities they would have to collect a sample while your tripping or within 24 hours of testing. The LSD test is also wildly expensive so the vast majority of employers don't utilize it.
They typically run a 5 panel drug test and some more invasive employers will utilize an 11 panel drug test.

Also, check your policies. Some companies allow for reasonable accommodations for cannabis if you have your med card.

I work for one. It is remote, but it is a large health company. I am not going to give the name as I try to maintain a sense of anonymity to a degree. But you could probably figure it out if you did enough research into remote jobs in the Missouri area.

They do urinalysis. You'll want to go early in the morning when the lines are short

It depends on what the employer signed up for. Sometimes they watch and sometimes they do t, just depending on what the employer ordered. If it’s just a test where they look to see if the cup changes colors it will test for amphetamines, THC, and opiates and most will only show up if you’ve done them recently. If they send out the screening, then the test is much more accurate and they can tell if it goes much further back. Additionally, the tests they send out tests for all those previous things plus alcohol, shrooms, and lsd I believe.
