Were all the homes around the house which was torn down listed for sale with RE agents? If the neighborhood was so concerned why didn’t they just buy the properties?

I don’t think the neighborhood had the funds to purchase the homes. I believe the developer has bought 8 homes total—homes along national, sunshine, and university street.

I think he’s owned them for a few years bc they are currently rented out as Airbnbs from my understanding.
