Ozark refuse is who I used. They won’t just raise prices to raise prices. If there has to be a price increase they will let you know and why they are doing it. Very transparent. Highly recommend.

We like J&J. Lots of people complain about them, but they are cheap and they've been really accommodating with our disabilities and illnesses. If they have to, they retrieve our trash cans from the side of the house, knowing we haven't been able to put them out at the curb. Small mom and pop business and have been very good to us over many years.

Trash service is included in some HOA. As you are asking about trash, it means you are renting a house. The renters in my neighborhood didn't use the trash service because they didn't knownit was paid for. Ask the landlord/agent.

Republic Services just started charging us an extra $30 environmental bullshit fee. We pay more than $100 for three months now. Fuck them. We just didn’t pay the last bill and will let our trash accumulate until we get new service next week.

Fuck that company. We cancelled our service with them, but they never came to get the can. Obviously, we didn’t use it, since we switched to a new service.

They then tried to charge us for service they hadn’t provided us for months, and ultimately sent us to collections because I refused to pay them.

I've had a very different experience. They recently raised our prices without warning and frequently skip picking up our recycling. We are considering switching to another company.

Sorry to hear that this happened. I follow them on Facebook and they talk about their new trucks. I would reach out to them. They missed my garbage one time and I had it out and let them know and they put a discount on my bill.

They tried to charge me $90 because I canceled my account and they wanted $30 each for my trash and recycling bibs plus a $30 environmental charge (they were two weeks late to pick the bins up too and it took them six months to send me this invoice). I was so annoyed I went to the office in person where the lady working there went ahead and took care of it - It was almost anticlimactic.

Yeah the food is typically pretty decent, but it’s the trash service that does it for me. I actually would not recommend.
