Hey guys. My grandfather rescued three dogs on 65 that were borderline starved. He's on disability and it's getting to be a bit much for him. I know this is a pretty popular question but we really want to find good homes for them. I was debating taking one myself but have no supplies at the moment. I work a lot but I work from home. Does anybody know a good place for pups to go/where one could get dog supplies on the cheap?

This looks like it might be a lost/found animal post because it contains the word dog. Please consider posting lost and found pet to Leigh's Lost and Found. I want to add that it's unlikely these dogs were lost due to how easily found they were and their condition. It's much more likely they were abandoned.

There is a website for rehoming dogs called Adoptadog.com you can list dogs on there, pictures, their preferences as far as if they are good with cats, other dogs, and kids. If they are disabled or have allergies. Their age etc. And then if people are interested you can interview them so to speak to you can decide if they are a good family or match. You can set times to meet the propel etc. I have helped re-home 2 dogs on this website. It's really awesome. It's free to upload pictures whoever adopts the dog has to pay a re-homing fee to contribute to the website.

As far as dog supplies I would go to yard and estate sales for cheap stuff.

Hope the info helps.

I'm looking to adopt a dog so let us know what kind they might be, or post a link with pics?

I bought a lot of dog stuff at TJ Maxx, Marshall's. They have lots of dog beds for like $10/15 bucks, toys, leashes and most the soft goods. Crates can be found on FB marketplace all the time.

That probably would have been the smart thing to do huh? I'll try to get some up by tonight. I will say one looks like a yellow lab, one seems to be maybe a Jack Russell mix? Last one is without a doubt a blue heeler.
