Hi there! I wanted to hop on here and comment with a resource you may not have heard about here in Springfield, since you mentioned that your brother has a new infant; it's called Isabel's House! I work there! It is a crisis nursery where children ages 0-12 can stay while their parents figure out their crisis. We also have a family advocate who can help find affordable housing and other resources!
