Boudoir venues?

I'm a relatively new local photographer and someone inquired about boudoir photos. Does anyone know of venues that allow photographers to rent out spaces for boudoir shoots at affordable rates? Local hotels, Air Bnbs, etc?

A friend does boudoir shoots, when she gets enough requests she books a hotel room and then schedules out her clients throughout the day/night.

The Vandivort is a really beautiful location. You could use most any hotel room if your get a room facing the right direction for the good natural lighting

For sure! I was hoping to find a venue that would allow me to just rent it out for an hour or 2 for a discounted rate as opposed to the entire night.

Only place I know of that has spaces to shoot and let’s you rent for a couple hours is Lightbox. And they aren’t super affordable imo Otherwise. just a lot of hotels or airbnbs
