Most police officers are really made up of the average people, coming from mostly middle class or low income families so I don’t understand how people think they don’t help those people. Also most crime happens to low income people from low income people.

I don't care where they came from, I care about their actions, which show they're basically mercenaries for the rich and white.

Any statement you make stems from your idea of the police being “basically mercenaries for the rich and white”. We just have different opinions so might as well leave it at that.

I wonder what could have possibly given me that idea? Surely it isn't the direct, obersavble actions of police departments across the country...that would be ridiculous.
