Glenda Good Ink or anyone at The Tattoo Company on Battlefield just west of Campbell. They have a $50 minimum which to me is nice since most places are minimum $100.

End times ink. Mikesgarbageart just finished a Minato tattoo for me. My wife is loving the sleeve that her and Brittanysuetattoo are coming up with. Jess holiday is fantastic as well. I know the guys upstairs are all excellent artists as well but we haven't gotten anything from them.
