I really wish I had a venue to recommend because this sounds cool. There are a lot of abandoned buildings you could bust into. Enough people and the cops might assume you're meant to be there.

i appreciate it dawg! honestly i’m just lookin for someone who doesn’t mind a one night deal at their place that isn’t an actual venue, just wanna branch out
an abandoned spot would be sick but getting caught with all the fines and if they confiscate equipment would be a huge L so wanna keep it safe as possible

You should call a commercial realtor and see if they can help you find a place to rent for an evening. If it is on the market they might be willing to rent it out for an evening.

If you can find a number about leasing or buying one of those busted out warehouses or garages downtown you might could talk them into letting you rent it for a night.

I think it's very much the vibe you're looking for. Being closer to the edge of town and a bit run down could mean it'd be on the cheaper end.
