I am 5’4” in height. I weigh maybe 120 at most. I am a small person. But that is cool. But for your pipes when it gets this cold let your faucets do a small drip when it is the coldest. That running water will help your pipes to not freeze. Based on my knowledge alone.

But!!!! You cannot let them freeze and then do that. I mean you can, but I wouldn’t. Also for your windows and car windows. Try isopropyl alcohol and don’t use water. That has always worked for me in the past at least. Again, I am not a pro in this.
