How large are the kids?

One's 8 foot tall, the other is 7.5! Seriously though, looking for a 40-55 gallon or larger. A nano or 5-20 gallon isn't what we are looking for.

Gonna give a shout-out to the Aquarium Shoppe on Campbell! Way better than going to Petsmart or Petco for supplies. The people at the Aquarium Shoppe are very well educated and actually have the supplies that are meant for what you have! And it's super cool to look at all of the exotic fish they have (if you wanna take the kids)!!!

Petsmart has tanks on sale all the time. and check out Aquarium Co-op on line for plants and other stuff

They're alright but I wouldn't say they're the most knowledgeable on the hobby. Especially if you're into salt. Becky's has better quality fish as well.

I completely disagree. They had many dead fish in their tanks and have a terrible selection. Pet supplies plus on battlefield is much better. It used to be even better when it was petsway

It has been awhile since I've been there. They were great in the beginning. Sucks to hear that it's like that now. I saw Pets Supplies Plus and I've been wondering about them. I just usually don't trust "chain" pet stores like that

Aquarium Shoppe strikes me as a very bro oriented. Totally fine if you are truly top line but nothing about it strikes me as that. Becky’s in Joplin is owned by a very friendly lady who knows fish.

There is a place in Humansville that just opened…salt and some other stuff. Exotic Aquatic is the name.
