There's multiple factors that could go into what makes an apartment good for you. But I really liked The Abby when I lived there. They had decent layouts, a quiet community, and a good location. I'd move back there if I had to find an apartment.

When I did my search a few years ago for a new place pretty much the nicer complexes were the same with the same amenities and pricing. Even floor plans were almost the same. Just pick the area of town you want to live in and look at the complexes there.

Best is relative. Do you have a budget you're trying to stay within? Must have amenities? Hard want amenities? Square footage range you need?

Idk about best, but I can say that Orchard Park isn't too bad. I have a 3 room 2 bath for a little over $1000 a month. The space is very small and the walls are thin, but if you just need an acceptable place to stay, I think they're an alright choice.

I'm a bit biased, to be perfectly honest, because I work for the company that manages it. Specifically I was maintenance before they moved me to a different property.

But they do their absolute best to keep everything running smooth and keep the residents happy.
