Looking to sublease apartment from February

I’m looking for someone (female) to sublease one bedroom+1bathroom at the Jefferson apartments, Elevate Student Housing. The rent is $584 all included. I have three other roommates (all female) and we have two cats. They’re all nice and quiet and you wont even know if they’re at home most of the times.

You’ll have your own bathroom, and the living and kitchen are shared. The entire building is very secured with two locks (one at the main gate and another code-lock at apartment entrance).

My lease is until July, there’s opportunity to extend the lease if needed.

right?! and you couldn't PAY ME 600 a month to cohabitate with 3 rando girls and their 2 cats in one apartment like wtf this isn't california/colorado lol you can get a studio here to yourself for 620 and an apartment for 800ish ffs.

You may get lucky to find a studio/apartment that cheap but it’s very unlikely that is the “all included” price for it. Also, once you find one good luck getting into it, and if you’re a young person with little to no rental/credit history it’s close to impossible

I did some (brief) looking and found a few studios for a little over $600 but they only included trash and Wi-Fi, no other utilities. So in reality you’re gonna be paying a lot more than $600 a month for a studio.

Generally the same deal with apartments, the ones I’ve seen that do include utilities start around $950/month which really isn’t that bad tbh, but it’s extremely hard getting into one
