I just get mine through my GP. I did get diagnosed through a neuropsych though, all through Mercy.

Gp stands for general practitioner. Basically a family/local doctor. You can find one at any primary care facility or at the hospitals around here.

I'd do that, but Mercy doesn't let it's GP's prescribe benzos like Clonopin or Ativan. But I've had my prescriptions done through my primary care physician in the past, and if you don't need controlled substances, they can be a good starting point.

Same, my ADHD medication is prescribed by a family doctor through Jordan valley. I see her NP once every 3 months. No problemo.
