Lowes and Home Depot (and I assume Menards) can deal with finding contractors if you buy the flooring from them. If you go that route I'd find a few tiles you like and wait for one of them to go on sale. Otherwise, if you're feeling handy, you can probably do interlocking tile installs yourself with help from another person, a mallet, and a tile cutter.

I've always hated the rebate model. Like, just sell it at the lower price. Don't make me give you extra money, then jump through hoops to get it back. I'd rather pay a few dollars more than jump through extra hoops.

Do not use Lowes and Home Depot they will overcharge you for everything and then send someone out on their first day trying to install. I used to do their repairs.
