Thanks, guys! We went out to Stella and drove the backroads (thanks for that tip, @frostyphotog131!) and saw around 13 bald eagles!

Stella has a significant Bald Eagle population. I photographed 9 in one tree last year. It takes a bit of driving back roads to find them but it can be worth it.

Eagle Days is coming up soon at the Nature Center, they usually bring one you can see up close.

I saw two yesterday north of Buffalo scavenging some roadkill. Before that I've seen them at Fellows Lake.

I've seen more than I can remember around Stockton lake at various locations.

Everyone already answered the right answers. Just want to add that there is a healthy enough bald eagle population in our part of the world that honestly just about any permanent body of water in the area has a decent chance of having a bald eagle visit on occasion. Even people with big ponds (as long as they are stocked) will occasionally see a bald eagle on their property.

We saw a pair around Watershed Park on the north side of town last weekend!

There are a couple in Dade County, on the way to Dadeville. Can't remember which road exactly, but probably worth taking some trips out to Stockton Lake anyway. They've probably had a few babies by now.

We see them around Bull Shoals lake all the time, especially around Forsyth.
