I used to work for that company. They care about money, that's it. Trust me you will be better off at any other apartments. I seen things I will never be ok with my kids living in at several locations.

Idk if they have student specific rentals, but At Home Here will rent to students. My apartment is very near campus and had semester length leasing options, and we do have some students. We signed for a year because it's nice and we're just settled lesbians living here o_o

Do they have credit score requirements?

I don't think so. We definitely have shit credit. Now, my wife alone makes three times our rent, and that means something as well, but we've been here a year with garbage credit. They even let us bump another couple off the wait list because they were being pokey and hard to contact when we were ready to write a check and move boxes. So if you want to pull the trigger on one of their properties, get your finances lined up and try to go as fast as possible =P
