Take the D bus downtown, walk 2 blocks north. You'll see a guy in a red hat and green jacket standing on the corner he'll introduce you to Jeff. Jeff is hands down the best trust me, the man could find the exact middle of 1.73 inches without a ruler while doing a prince albert for me.
