Morning Day Cafe in Nixa has a pulled pork mac and cheese, called B Mac, that I like. They have a description of it on their menu: https://www.morningdaycafe.com/menu

I did the same thing and was going to recommend Smokin' Bobs as well haha. Their Mac n Cheese is awesome. I guess you could just put the pulled pork in the mac and call it good.

technically unrelated, but I can see you are a person of a certain taste based on the fact that you went on reddit specifically looking for pulled pork mac and cheese.
the burnt end cheesy corn at Whole Hog is one of the best things I've ever put in my mouth. I moved away from SGF last year and wished I could have brought a 5-gallon bucket of it with me

Smokin Bob's is pretty good. The mac is also smoked.
edit: I read it as pulled pork and mac and cheese not pulled pork mac and cheese in one dish. They don't have that but I supposed you can order both and mix them up.
