Looking For 1-2 F/LGBTQ+ Roommates

Hi, all! Please see the picture flyer for information. I am ISO 1-2 female and/or LGBTQ+ roommates to rent a house in Springfield. While my timeline is ASAP, I still intend to craft a roommate agreement with whomever is interested as well as get to know each other. :) It'll just be like speed dating, lol.

Oh, one last thing; I am utilizing my organization skills and compiling a list of potential rental houses available now or in the near future for quick reference. Things such as rent, flooring, yard, square feet, etc. are on the google sheet. Please message me if interested, thanks!

I think you may have misunderstood the post ( and totally could have been my fault for wording it wrong). I am looking to rent a house with 1 to 2 other people where we each pay no more than $600 for rent and utilities, but that means the total house rent will be higher. For example purposes, with 1 person and myself, we can get a house that is renting for $800 and pay an average utility bill of $200. Those add up to $1000/month, but would actually be $500 that we each pay per month.

It's creepy that you even thought that. All I want is to feel comfortable in the place I live, hence other women and/or LGBTQ+ people. Sheesh.
