Nobody is going to be able to reply to this with any good advice. Your question is too vague. You are clearly worked up and itching for a fight. Is your position reasonable? Does it warrant the fight you want to have? Is there a legal grounding? What kind of law are we talking about?

A lawyer’s job, in theory anyway, isn’t to get what you think is right, but to get you the result that is legally warranted.

You clearly don't know how good attorneys work, just the ones you see on tv. You want an attorney that can clearly and articulately state what ordinance they are violating to get them to correct it, not someone that will just curse at them and yell. You seem to want to do the latter yourself, why pay someone to do it for you?

Go back to James River and pray for me. If I went into detail, our situation could be known / lack of anonymity would be gone. Amen to you brother. Back to church you go.

Why do you think he's goes to James river? Looks like he's gay from what little I saw from his profile. Doubt he goes to james river. I understand how that would be a good insult though, telling someone to go back to james river and pray about it, lol.

That doesn't make any sense. Doesn't the Bible say a man should not lay with another man? Or something like that. Are they kidding themselves?

That whole place is kidding themselves in my opinion actually.

First you gotta find out if any lawyers are willing to take your case. Next you gotta pony up some cash. Third ???. Fourth, profit.

Getting mad at people on Reddit while being Uber secretive about all this makes you seem less credible and makes people believe you don’t actually have a legitimate case. Based on your attitude, you seem like you have a temper. That makes me feel like you might have been part of the problem.

What specific kind of problem? Are we talking sidewalk slip kind of problem or my masking rights kind of problem?

I missed all of this, but one of the first questions you should ask any attorney for this instance is, “would there be a conflict of interest if you were to represent me against the City of Springfield”?

Good luck

You are correct why does big business ignore building rules such as any new development adding in sidewalks. (Dominos South Campbell)

Company I work for wanted a new street sign. City wanted money for sidewalk improvements or company build it to city spec. No sidewalk on our side of street for blocks… ( mostly due to elevation and drainage ditches). Boss didn’t get new sign, said something along the lines of either we had to build the 20 ft of sidewalk or pay the city money for “sidewalk”.

I am willing to bet dominos paid the city and the city dumps that money into sidewalk improvements fund to be used everywhere, but mostly the dominoes area being least priority in new sidewalk construction and is used for a different sidewalk improvement
