It was pertaining to Zelle payments that customers had already received and then were removed from customers accounts. From what I read yesterday they had the problem solved within a few hours.

I haven’t noticed anything. I been with them since I was 16 never had any issues with them.

Yeah, that's where I saw it. I was just curious if it was happening locally.

Something’s going on with them I feel they don’t want to discuss. A co worker was missing a substantial amount of money out of his account. Friday they text me saying someone had opened up an account with my info.

Zelle is a big bank project…and BOA is even worse…stop using both.

BoA is where I’ve had Zelle fraud but they fixed it really quickly. Shenanigans like that are why I never use those services, give them no excuse to deny a claim.

Agree. I’m of the opinion that services like these are really only benefitting some middle man and prefer any interpersonal transaction be through cash. Unless people are just using it for tax avoidance or something which… lol I guess that’s their prerogative

Not to mention they don’t have the same protections as ACH. I’ve worked banking too long to feel comfortable with that risk. Even making a business invoice in PayPal would be better.
