Maybe I'm just lucky but I go to Aldis when the weather is shit and it's almost always just myself a couple other people shopping. Best time to go IMO.

Yeah, it's kind of iffy like the temps don't go below freezing but they're expecting at least 3 in of snow to accumulate. It's kind of weird

It's a rough life for a wyfer out here in the 4-1-7. Rollin' up to the Price Choppers, lookin' to score some Mother's Brew. Grabbing coffee at the Mudhouse with mah hot yoga homies and mah JRA crew. Ridin' round Battlefield looking for the CBD without the SPD, always hasslin' me.

When I saw the forecast I immediately put in an order at Aldi and just got back from picking it up. Now I can snuggle up with grilled cheese while it snows.

I'm gonna go get a metric ton of shit paper and put it in my basement apartment.

First and foremost, everyone should panic and make a run in the grocery stores. Don’t forget to buy more toilet paper than you can use in a year.

I guess I’m just not as afraid of snow as I maybe should be? I just figure if I need food when it’s snowing…I’ll just like…go get food…

Milk, bread, and eggs. I think everyone stays home and makes french toast when it snows.

My Walmart pickup order was delayed by 3 hours, I’m assuming bc everyone started making orders when they saw the forecast. I just needed our weekly groceries!

Not only that. I've seen the same people that rush to stock up still go to the store when the weather is shit just to see if they can!

I've never understood the rush to get groceries with snow in the forecast.

In the last 10+ years (in this area) what's the worst it has ever been? What's the longest you could possibly be stranded at home...maybe a few days max if it's really bad. Do these people rushing the stores not already have a few days worth of groceries in their house?

I can understand picking up a couple items...but I see people with an overflowing cart (or 2) like they are going to be hunkered down a couple weeks, like some type of apocalyptic event is about to happen, lol. Crazy to me.
