I guess "all car functions" will most likely be "leveraged" for separate fees eventually.

As a designer this is completely baffling to me. Like why? Its not like it’s hard to make modern, clean UI. Its actually much easier.

This is why I continue to put money into my 17 year old car that cannot be hacked, and cannot have it's features turned off, and cannot be forced to drive me to a location of someone else's choosing, and cannot be rendered unusable because of a glitchy software upgrade.
