Again?!

Let me guess, they are going to get away without paying customers anything because of a arbitration clause?

When are we going to ban arbitration agreements? There only purpose is to usurp consumer and employee rights.

Interesting. Thanks. I cancelled my service and switched to Mint because they refused to give me $100 bill credit for the breach. I don't think I was being unreasonable.

Mint is much cheaper and literally using the same network.

I actually suffered financial damages from my SSN and ID being used, so I'm not setting for anything less then 100% recovery of financial damages

not likely, no one ever "recovers" from Identity theft, they just reach a point where they might be able to have some normal life with a bank account.

I may never get anything I paid into social security

I’m still having to deal with crap from my grandfathers identity being stolen. He’s been gone for 9 years. You never recover.

To be fair it's likely you don't get anything from social security anyways because our government mismanages it.

That's terrible, I wish you luck. I guess I'm lucky that my credit isn't good enough to get anything substantial with it

Me too and they offer $25 because that should clear it up. I haven’t been a customer since 2006 and I keep being in their breach. All the damages I will never recover from

You are not entitled to $100 bill credit. You are entitled to what the lawsuit grants you. Great username name by the way 😊.

Ive been trying to get arbitrations removed, I contacted my senators but doesn’t seem like anyone cares. I’m sick of them allowing corporations to screw consumers when we make their businesses run.
