Her debut as a swearing child in kick ass was a novelty act .. As a lead actress she has got no charisma to pull off a role like in The Peripheral

I thought Maretz was great in the role.

The Peripheral was a lot of fun. The show was great until the What About Bob episode and then it ground to a halt.

It wasn't her fault tho; the show was simply boring. I think the concept is cool, but the storytelling is so uninteresting

While I don't think she is a particularly good actress, the casting of her probably wouldn't even make my top 5 list of everything wrong with the show.
