As I reluctantly enter adulthood, I've realized I don't have that much time to binge watch shows like I used to and I'm getting comfortable with totally dropping shows if I'm not hooked right off the bat or if the premise is weak sauce. Most recent examples for me would be Liaison on ATV+ and the Peripheral on Prime Video. Both totally waste their leads, feel like a chore to watch and couldn't care less where the story goes.
