I think what you’re experiencing is the prosthetics are good enough these days, that it’s practical to have them for dicks.

Sex education and Pam and tommy was the other big one, use prosthetics rather than actor nudity.

Shows like game of thrones is all really and kinda apart of the shows culture for male and female actors.

That’s a factor if there isn’t much of another explanation. I don’t think the rules or laws around it have changed. Nudity use to be way more common than it is now.

regarding pam and tommy, sebastian stan did another movie, i think it was called monday, where he did full frontal nudity. the thing is, sebastian was born in europe, he's not circumcised, so even if he agreed to do full frontal for tommy and pam, he couldn't, because tommy's not uncut

Sure but I think that choice was regardless of if he was cut since it suppose to be large too which I assume you wouldn’t be casting the role with that requirement. Also for other reasons if you’ve seen it, it was written as a prosthetic abilities
