What you need is a palate cleanser show. Something lighter and less drama-heavy or something you've watched before. Sitcoms are a good choice for me.

This exactly. I watched Reacher right when it came out and it was so good that no other show would compete at the time so I watched Blue Mountain State right after. Alan Ritchson is in both shows, I heard good things about BMS here so I decided to give it a go. It was exactly what I needed.

It's good to watch a care-free comedy after a heavy action or drama show.
