Many Iron Chef spin-offs have been a bit luke-warm, or worse, ridiculously over-the-top (Iron Chef USA with William Shatner, for example).
But the new Iron Chef Mexico on Netflix captures the zaniness of the original almost perfectly. It's got the ridiculous dubbing, crazy ingredients, commentary, and guests. The "Chairman" is the "nephew" of Mark Dacascos's chairman in Iron Chef America, who in turn was the "nephew" of original chairman Takeshi Kaga.
I was digging it as it went, but Episode 4's secret ingredient sold me completely.

I enjoy the fact that the nephews are continuing the Iron chef line
