I really should be watching it since I'm from Alaska and it's on point but somewhere in season 2 I just lost interest?

Is the great north a musical type of show? I can't stand musicals but have been considering trying this out

They have at least one musical-ish episode. That’s the only one I can’t think of off the top of my head. But that might just be because it’s one of the ones I watch most often.

And even though only one episode is a true musical, they do occasionally have songs. Not all the time, but probably about as much as the simpsons does.

It's a stellar show. I really should dive back into it.

Yes, I love it too. I think it's my first adult animation that I actually enjoyed. Found out Bob's Burgers is from the same (ish) creators, so I tried to give it a watch as well, but didn't enjoy it as much.

I enjoy it. It's sort of like an animated version of "Northern Exposure".

I watched the pilot and it seemed the actor's lines had been oddly pieced together. There was almost zero silence in between character's talking. I found it distracting.

it's a poor man's Bob's Burgers with fewer interesting characters. aside from Wolf and honey bee the rest of the family is just eh, and the towns people are just walking tropes, honestly without it's association with BB it probably would have been cancelled already but too many fan boys/girls prop it up to preserve their fandom cards.
